Hey guys, I wanted to talk about this topic which most bloggers always talk about, and that is how does good article gain momentum within the search engines and starts ranking?
This is probably 1 million dollar question.
If anyone knew the algorithm of Google search engine, you would pretty much rank first for everything, but is that true?
In simple word no!
Google has come a long way in the way it processes the content, with new core algorithm updates pretty much every 4/6 months. Causing huge shifts in rankings, also giving newcomers a chance to start ranking, which is quite nice.
I am only saying this because I had a website which has not ranked for last 2 years and suddenly started ranking like crazy, after new google core update.
So the question is, does good article content affect SEO rankings? In short, yes and no!
You see, a well written and informative article will rank better than a similar article, but then there are some blogs with 300 words overtaking articles which have 2000 words.
It's a complicated algorithm! Which will probably leave you scratching your head!
